Village Do It Best Hardware

This place is a great part of the community! I like shopping here. Big selection of hardware, garden, housewares (including canning supplies). Consistently friendly and knowledgable workers who will take you directly to the part you need to finish your project and give you ideas about project. They don't have plants nor appliances, but that's ok.

Village Hardware is our go to hardware store, for the village and township. Their selection is plentiful compared to big box stores. Their rewards card gives us bonus cash towards our purchases almost every other visit. The staff is friendly, helpful, willing to help load heavy things in my car. It’s our go to store for all our hardware needs, including paint, gardening supplies and a million other things. The prices are competitive. It’s the perfect hardware store for our area. I would highly recommend the Village Hardware, they do it Best!

Love this place! Employees are helpful and and warm. The small-town vibe is great. Prices are reasonable as well. They have a good variety in their inventory, however, there are somethings (like lumber) that I have to go to Lowes/ Home Depot for. But for garden supplies, tools, basic plumbing, canning supplies, protective gear etc. it's great to be able to go somewhere nearby. In fact, when it comes to garden supplies, I prefer small local stores/ businesses like this because they often have better options and prices than Large hardware stores do. Even bought a spice grinder there last year. The kitchen supplies section has SAVED MY LIFE on many an occasion! And did I mention the free popcorn? My kids love it. More importantly, it gives the store welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

Stopped and got a couple of new house keys made. Dave got these done in about 2 minutes, and I was back to my job! Great place with a great team of sales people! ❤️

Small-town hardware store experience! They have a very good variety of hardware goods for the size of the town and prices that aren't ridiculously high (which typically small-town stores are known for). The staff, always friendly and knowledgeable and aren't afraid to call on more experienced staff if they don't know. Highly recommend it for your hardware needs.

Went in for the first time for a yard sale sign and the staff was honestly amazing. They make me want to shop there more. The girl that helped me today was so sweet and kind. Check them out

Had to make several visits to the store when my basement flooded. They were extremely helpful over the phone and then held the items I needed until I was able to pick them up. Can’t recommend them enough. Always remember it’s better to support local businesses!

This local hardware store is a treasure. The owners are profoundly kind and helpful, and go far above and beyond to assist you with any project you have. They carry a wide variety of items and they are so conveniently located. Truly a small town feel that is becoming more and more rare-their customer service is unsurpassed. Berrien Springs is blessed to have them here.
